Our Individualized Approach
We realize your pet is an individual and do not take a one-size-fits-all approach. No longer do we lump all dogs into a play yard all day long. Instead, we offer customizable dog boarding programs to meet the individual needs of every pet. We will help you determine what dog boarding program best fits your preferences and budget. All of our programs include group playtime in the boarding rates at no additional charge for our social boarding programs. However, if socialized play is not an option for your dog, we offer Individual Care which includes private services to keep your dogs active and happy. We also have a program for senior dogs 10+ and puppies 9 months and younger. Our boarding services are geared towards your pet’s individual needs based on age, activity level, and activity preferences. A trial day is required prior to each dog’s boarding stay so we can fit your pet into the program that best fits their needs. Read below to learn more about our accommodations.
JR. Deluxe Suites
Perfect space for dogs that are social and under 80lbs.
All Jr. Deluxe Suites are appointed with:
- Approximately 3x3 feet or 4x4 feet for 1-2 pets
- Full glass doors to ease separation anxiety
- Elevated stainless steel bowls inside doors
- Privacy with solid walls on sides and back
- Completely sealed tiled walls with epoxy grout for maximum hygiene
- Non-porous and no seams epoxy flooring for 100% sanitation cleaning
- Premium Karunda beds with soft fleece bedding for Basic boarding, upgraded plus bedding for Gold, and Orthopedic bedding for Seniors (no home bedding permitted)
- All suites thoroughly cleaned & sanitized
- Top jr suites reserved for dogs < 40 pounds
- Max weight limit of 30 pounds combined for top JR. suites for two dogs
- Bottom JR. suites reserved for dogs < 80 pounds
- Max weight limit of 70 pounds combined for bottom JR. suites for two dogs
- Pets who need to be separated to feed may need to stay in separate suites
Deluxe Suites
Luxury climate controlled suites for up to three dogs. Some suites may have indoor/outdoor access for potty breaks or even private viewing cameras.
All Deluxe Suites are appointed with:
- Approximately 7x4 feet for 1-3 pets
- Completely sealed tiled walls with epoxy grout for maximum hygiene
- Full glass or partial glass doors to ease separation anxiety
- Elevated stainless steel bowls inside doors
- Privacy with solid walls on sides and back
- Completely sealed tiled walls with epoxy grout for maximum hygiene
- Non-porous and no seams epoxy flooring for 100% sanitation cleaning
- Premium Karunda beds with soft fleece bedding for Basic boarding, upgraded plus bedding for Gold, and Orthopedic bedding for Seniors (no home bedding permitted)

- Some suites have password-protected Web Cams to view your pets 24 hours a day (additional charge)

Grand Suites
Our largest luxury climate-controlled suite for 1 extra-large dog or up to 3 pets from the same family.
All Grand Suites are appointed with:
- Approximately 7x6 feet for 1-3 pets
- Completely sealed tiled walls with epoxy grout for maximum hygiene
- Full glass or partial glass doors to ease separation anxiety
- Elevated stainless steel bowls inside doors
- Privacy with solid walls on sides and back
- Completely sealed tiled walls with epoxy grout for maximum hygiene
- Non-porous and no seams epoxy flooring for 100% sanitation cleaning
- Premium Karunda beds with soft fleece bedding for Basic boarding, upgraded plus bedding for Gold, and Orthopedic bedding for Seniors (no home bedding permitted)
- All suites thoroughly cleaned & sanitized
- Max weight limit of 240 pounds combined 1-3 dogs
- Approximately 50+ square feet for larger pets or multiple pet families
- Ideal for 2-3 pets in a family
- More spacious accommodations for multiple pet families and large breeds
- Password-protected Web Cams to view your pets 24 hours a day
- Pets who need to be separated to feed may need to stay in separate suites
Optional Activities:
Our social programs come standard with playtime with other pups, however you can always add on additional private services for your pets. Our non-social individual care program includes one service of your choice daily. We love spending private quality time with your pets and would be happy to add any of the following services to your boarding stay. Non-social dogs may choose one daily (included).
- One-on-One: For the dog(s) that enjoy affection and attention & one-on-one care, we offer lots of TLC, cuddle time, and belly rubs.
- Sports-Play: Fetch, tug, high-energy play with a care provider.
- Private or Group Swim: A swim session utilizing a life vest (if needed), and toys to make it extra fun. Good for active dogs, puppies introducing to water, or seniors for water therapy.
- Bed-Time Stories: a cuddle and story session with your pup’s favorite staff member.
- Treat-loaded Kong- peanut butter frozen in a jumbo kong gives a pet several hours of licking enjoyment.
- Fit Paws: Fun low impact balance equipment good for core and limb strength, joint health, building confidence in puppies, and senior strengthening.
- Refresher Dog Training: Brush up on your dog’s obedience skills or correct problem behaviors with adding on training.
In addition we provide all our guests:
- One to three meals per day provided by customer pre-bagged for your pet’s stay (your familiar food from home or our premium pet food*)
- Four+ potty sessions (maybe included in daycare time) per day in the large play yards or their individual suite runs.
- Nightly turndown service with daily fresh linens
Please note: Accommodation availability based on breed and weight of dogs in pet family.
Peak Season Rates: Add $5 per dog/per night for the following peak rate time periods: New Years though Jan 8th, Friday before Spring Break through following Sunday, Easter, Mothers Day, Memorial Day, Fathers Day, Labor Day, Week of Thanksgiving (Friday before through Sunday after), Christmas (Dec 16-Dec 31st) *This charge allows us to provide our staff monetary incentive to spend time away from their own families during busy peak & holiday period times.
Peak Season Deposit Policy: All reservations during peak season require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm the reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Peak Season times have a 2 weeks no-change policy. At 2 weeks from the date your departure begins, any changes in schedule will result in full fees paid of the original reservation booked.
Non Peak Season Deposit Policy: All reservations during NON-peak season, require a 1-night non-refundable deposit to confirm the reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Non Peak Season times have a 2-day no-change policy. At 2 days from the date your departure begins, any changes in schedule will result in full fees paid of the original reservation booked.
Non Peak Season cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in 50% fees paid for the entire reservation including the deposit.
No show reservations will result in 100% of fees paid for full reservation.

Dog Boarding Programs:
We offer seven unique boarding programs to meet the needs for all pups in our care! Our Basic through Gold programs are for social dogs who play well and/or enjoy the company of other dogs and must pass a first day Trial Day Evaluation with Paw Oasis Pet Resort. Our Speciality Programs are for dogs who are non-social, puppies and seniors. Please note that there is no daycare on Sundays for any pets, potty breaks only.
Helping Your Pup Thrive
At Paw Oasis Pet Resort & Spa, we ensure that your pup’s time away is as exciting as yours when you are away from them due to work conferences, parties, festivities, home renovation, travel, vacations, emergencies, or some other reason. Every morning begins with playtime, setting an energetic tone for the day, while exercise, chasing, jumping, and running will keep your furry baby engaged in their favorite games, physically fit, and most importantly, happy! Your dog will be allowed to make furry friends and develop socialization skills during supervised playtimes. We treat every dog as an individual!
Our dog boarding facility is designed keeping the needs of dogs in mind, with a fenced yard for running and play, and an indoor doggy swimming pool! Our facility in The Colony, Texas has advanced safety protocols in place, to mitigate and respond to accidents and injuries. You are welcome to visit our facility, to have a first-hand experience of our location and get answers from our team for any questions or queries you have in mind. Your dog will be provided fresh water, meals once to twice a day, and medications on time while boarding with us. Appropriate, raised bedding and fleece blankets are provided to all our guests to help them rest comfortably. The boarding facilities are regularly cleaned to keep them in the best hygienic form. Our boarding agreement clearly outlines the owner’s rights, and our facility’s responsibilities.
Whether it’s a day, week, or longer, when you leave your four-legged baby in the care of the facility, you will be picking up a relaxed and happier dog to take home to bark about all the adventure stories at Paw Oasis!
