Welcome Paw Oasis Pet Resort

We have been visiting Bliss since they opened their new location in Castle Hills last August. My dog loves it here! The yards are so big and they rotate the dogs every 30 minutes so there is always something new to smell and play with! The indoor/outdoor suites are so nice for boarding too! The staff is friendly and I can tell they really love and care about my dog. I do not understand why the negative reviews as we have been nothing but happy!

My senior dog loves his visits to Bliss Pet Resort. Although he doesn’t play all day with the other dogs, he gets plenty of love and play time with the staff. Colonel has the staff falling for him every visit. ❤️

I recently boarded my dog over Thanksgiving break. I was so happy to have my dog staying at Bliss. The whole entire staff made me feel comfortable leaving my dog Sloan as we traveled out of town. I loved that I could check in on Sloan through the video cameras. The facility is also beautiful and well maintained. I knew that Sloan would be well taken care of and have fun making some new friends. Thank you Bliss staff for a job well done.

Exceptional customer service! Very pleasant experience for grooming and an all over makeover for Tryp, my 12 pound Chihuahua/Pomeranian mix. Clean, relaxing reception area and friendly front desk staff. The groomer was calm and Tryp had no concerns at drop off or pickup (this was his first time to be groomed since we rescued him in December 2021). I highly recommend them.

I brought my 3 babies here to get groomed because my groomer closed. This place is by far the best place I’ve ever taken them. I highly recommend Bliss Pet Resort for your grooming, daycare and boarding. Such a nice facility with incredibly nice staff. Thank you for caring for Maverick, Roscoe and Riley!

My active one y/o, Bruce-Lee, loves going. I watch him play with the other dogs on a video feed, and the staff is super friendly. I toured the facility and saw that it was well organized and clean. They offer many treats during boarding to assuage my guilt and make his stay more pleasurable. Bliss provides a digital summary at the end of the stay providing cute pictures I get to share later 🙂

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and their love and passion for the pets they care for really shows! The dogs always have a great time at daycare and the staff always find fun and creative ways to keep them engaged and fulfilled. They even have daycare and boarding programs for dogs who are not good with other dogs and they accept pets that are not spayed or neutered! Highly recommend Bliss to anyone with a four legged fur baby!

Our pup Max had such a great time at daycare last week that we plan to bring him once or twice a week from now on! The staff are wonderful and patient and that’s exactly what Max needs! The grooming services are fantastic as well!

I’ve taken my Australian Shepherd Poodle mix to three different groomers. Each time I have tried to be very clear on what I’m looking for in her cut. I really don’t feel like I’m making crazy demands but the other three groomers each created the exact same ugly looking rat but Bliss has restored my faith in dog groomers. The groomer actually listened, asked questions and then delivered! Outstanding service. I cannot recommend these folks enough!

Stella stayed at Bliss and had an amazing time. I love that there are video camera’s so that I can see that my furrbaby is safe. Additionally there are many wonderful benefits for boarding at Bliss such as grooming, a very knowledgeable and kind team, as well as a great play area that I know my dog will have fun in. I will definitely be going back for boarding in the future and recommend Bliss to anyone. They treated my pet like it was their own.

I love bliss and so does my pup Arya! She has been going since she was about 6 months and loves it so much. She is a very shy dog and she absolutely loves everyone who works at Bliss and she loves getting to swim. I love the theme days and extra activities that they offer over other daycare places

I am really impressed with the quality of grooming here at Bliss! First the resort itself is so nice, always clean and you can tell the employees care about our pets. Secondly I can only talk about grooming since that’s the only service I have used so far. But I have a small 7lb pup and she’s very nervous, but everyone treated her with patience and Trevor even remembered her, remembered exactly what hair cut she got and cleaned her right up! He even put the cutest little bows in her hair. The staff is attentive and responsive. 💯 going back again and again!
