Membership Policies:
Billing takes place on Sunday, prior to the week of services.
If you do not require service or your dog will be boarding with us, please pause by Saturday before the Sunday billing.
There are no carryovers; services do not transfer to the following week.
All billing will be processed using the card on file, with no additional swipe fees applied.
